Throughout NHSGG&C the Learning Disability Community Teams provide a number of services to support both patients and General Practices, including:

• Community Learning Disability Nursing
Learning Disability Psychiatry
• Psychology
• Physiotherapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Dietetics
• Podiatry
• Speech & Language Therapy support

Support with Epilepsy and Learning Disability services as well as the Complex Needs service can also be accessed through the Learning Disability geographical teams.
